End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and RM Data Service LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

3. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer or modify the Service
• Do not use for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt unauthorized access

4. Third-Party Services

This Service integrates with Stripe and QuickBooks Online. We are not responsible for their services.

5. Data Usage

We process your data only to provide synchronization and service functionality. We do not sell your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights remain with RM Data Service LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

9. Termination

We may terminate access for violations of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time.
